Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8/28/2025
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SKYDOC Auditor handles your personal data when you use our service.
Data We Process
When you use the SKYDOC Auditor, you upload two types of files for analysis:
- An audio file of a patient-doctor conversation.
- A PDF document containing clinical notes.
These files may contain sensitive personal health information.
How We Use Your Data
The data you upload is used for the single, specific purpose of generating an AI-powered audit report. This involves:
- Transcribing the audio file.
- Extracting clinical notes from the PDF.
- Analyzing both documents for completeness and accuracy.
Data Handling and Storage
We do not store your data.
The SKYDOC Auditor application is designed to be stateless. All processing occurs in memory and in real-time. Your files and the generated report are not saved on any server or database. Once you close your browser session, the data is permanently gone.
Third-Party Processing
The AI analysis is performed by Google's Generative AI models. Your data is sent to these models for processing. To ensure GDPR compliance for this processing, you are responsible for maintaining a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Google.
Your Consent
By using our service, you must provide explicit consent for us to process your uploaded files as described in this policy. You can withdraw this consent at any time by simply not using the service or closing the application.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have rights over your data. Since we do not store your data, the "right to access," "right to rectification," and "right to erasure" (or "right to be forgotten") are inherently met, as there is no stored data to access, correct, or delete after your session ends.
